Want to participate in an HNC Boot Camp?

Thanks for taking some time to find out if Boot Camp might be the right experience to get you and your organization to the next level. 

Boot Camp is centered around working with leaders in ways that are most helpful to them. We design each session of Boot Camp to ensure the leaders we work with have needs and goals we are actually able to support. 

Above all else, we care about the people we work with and their humanity. We know no one is perfect and we want to start getting to know the real you (or the parts of you you’d feel comfortable sharing with relative strangers). So feel free to share whatever feels relevant and know that there’s truly no value judgement here - we just want to ensure we’re a good fit for you!

  1. What part of working with HNC is most compelling to you? What are any potential roadblocks you foresee having?

  2. What is your organization really great at?

  3. What do you imagine would be different for you, your organization, or both if you participated in Boot Camp? What are the biggest issues you’re trying to address?

  4. Please take some time to review the organizational areas of focus that Boot Camp addresses. If you were going to improve your organization in any (or all) of those 5 areas - what would that look like? What results would you expect?

In the form below, you’ll be prompted to share your availability to attend Deep Dive Week. We work hard to be flexible to ensure we can find dates that work for everyone, so please let us know ideal dates and any dates that would be impossible for you. We tailor every DDW to the leaders who are selected for Boot Camp and will work with you to ensure the week chosen will work for your schedule.

Note: for Deep Dive Week, we’ll arrive mid-afternoon on the Sunday of that week and drive back to Denver the following Saturday morning.
